Our digital telephone assistant now enhances the availability of our practices. It answers calls when the line is busy and conducts interactive dialogues to record your request in a structured way. This supports our practice team and ensures you spend less time waiting.
Setting up a digital phone assistant expands the capacity of our phone system and supports our team in handling your inquiries and requests. The assistant ensures that you can communicate your concerns to us by phone while we remain focused on providing excellent care for our patients alongside our daily phone service.
The phone assistant has been recognized by the National Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians (KBV).
Improved accessibility through our smart phone assistant
The assistant initially handles your calls when our practice team is currently unavailable or the line is busy with another caller. The advantage for you – no long waiting times! You can leave us a message, schedule an appointment, or request prescriptions and referrals.
How it differs from a voicemail system: The digital assistant initiates an interactive dialogue to systematically collect your personal details and specific concerns. The system records the conversation, transcribes it in real time, and presents the information clearly and in a structured format to our team. This enables us to process and respond to your requests efficiently – for example, via SMS or callback – but only if the required information (name, date of birth, concern, health insurance provider) has been provided during the interaction.
Important: In life-threatening emergencies, please contact emergency services directly by calling 112!
Of course, protecting your personal data is very important to us. You can find detailed information about the use of your data in our privacy policy.
